    Hi there,
    I am designing a new site for a client on a development domain. I have installed the plugin on both the old and new site. Have exported from the old and tried to import to the new, but keep getting the error “Some of the next roles “” does not exists” for all records. I haven’t opened or edited the file, it’s the original export from the old site. Can you help me with this, please?

    @nikkic123,

    The problem is that in the old site you have roles that does not exist in the new one. You can fix it manually (creating the role or changing this in the CSV).
