Sorry, but I am unable to register in the support forums (perhaps I’m just too stupid, but the Facebook Connect button doesn’t work and I also don’t want to connect with Facebook) and there was no e-mail address to contact you. So I’ll post my problem here:
I set up the latest Wordbooker version with the newest WordPress and was not able to wordbook out Facebook site, it always gives me “(#803) Some of the aliases you requested do not exist: xxxxxxxxxx”
I fiddled a bit with that issue and found out that my id was not xxxxxxxxxx (10 characters) but yyyyyyyyyyyyyyy (15 characters, completely different). So I set facebook_id from wordbooker_userdata (the database table) to yyyyyyyyyyyyyyy and now it works (except that it still throws “Authorisation Process – Unable to get information – (#3) Unknown method “).
It would be cool if you could solve this problem completely.

Ok – I’m going to have to find a 32 bit machine and install a lamp stack on it so I can invedtigate just what is going on. It might be that by the time the JSON decode has hit it then its too late and I’ll have to intercept the raw data. I have asked in the fb developers forum if anyone has noticed a change in the data being returned from fb.

Can you grab the diagnostic messages when you do the initial auth handshake – I’m trying to work out where the string is getting turned into an integer….

Thats from a cache refresh – I need the messages from the Auth process.

which should look something like this:

I’ve put some extra diagnostic in this version – can you try this one:

    http://wordbooker.tty.org.uk/downloads/wordbookerdebug2203.zip

    Then Do this:

    1) Clear down the Diagnostic logs
    2) Click on Reset User Session
    3) You should see “Wordbooker needs to be set up” and 4 diagnostic messages – Copy those messages
    4) Click on Authorise Wordbooker
    5) You should see “Wordbooker should now be authorised. Please click on the Reload Page Button” and a number of diagnostic messages – copy those messages
    6) Click on Reload.

I need the messages from Step 5 – before you click on the Reload Page button.

    The messages should look like:

And you might want to remove the access token lines from your post.

Or if you want to give me a logon onto your blog with access to the plugin editor I might be able to debug everything on there.

    Plugin Author Steve

    (@steveatty)

    I think I might have found it…

Can you open the wordbooker_db_functions.php file and find the wordbooker_set_userdata function.

    In there there is :

    VALUES (%d,%s,%s,%s,%s,%s,%s,%s,%s,%d,%d)

    change that to:

    VALUES (%d,%s,%s,%s,%s,%s,%s,%s,%s,%d,%s)

    W00T! It works!!!

    Thanks man! I’ll rate it 5* 😀

Can I do something for you? I’m German, so I could help translate it 😉

    Plugin Author Steve

    (@steveatty)

    Great!!!

If you fancy a go at translating there should be an up to date POT file in the languages directory. I assume you’ve done WordPress plugin translations before?

This was my first plugin-translation 😛
How can I send you the files?

    Plugin Author Steve

    (@steveatty)

email me at wordbooker @ tty.org.uk

I’ll get them into the 2.2.1 release and if you give me your blog URL I’ll link to it from the Wordbooker Thanks Page on the blog.

    Plugin Author Steve

    (@steveatty)

You took the existing German POT file – you need to use the wordbooker.pot file (which has a version 2.2 tag in it) and copy that to wordbooker-de_DE.po and then edit it before creating the new mo file.
