Support » Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL) » Some non SSL pages stay SSL after accessing

I want 1-2 pages that will be SSL access, and the rest, no real need.

I notice that after I access other pages, after having accessed an SSL page, the browser stays SSL/https.

I notice it does not do this for the HOME tab it will reset to http.

I am using permalinks, if that means anything 😀

Any ideas how I can ensure I reset each page for non-SSL, like for whatever reason the HOME page is?

    Thank you in advance.

Enable the Force SSL Exclusively setting.

I thought I had this enabled, but I do notice everytime I go to check what settings I have enabled in the HTTPS plugin, nothing ever shows.

If I click Force SSL, and click Save, then go anywhere and back to the plugin, it still shows that nothing is clicked.

Makes it hard to tell what I have set and not set.

I just clicked Force SSL (again), and same behaviour, as if it’s not really making this setting change. And I go back into the plugin page, and it shows that it’s not set, as per my post above this one.

I removed the plugin completely, and re-installed and now it’s saving settings, and working correctly. thanks.

You probably enabled the reset and never commented it back out again.

    You’re most likely correct.

I did enable SSL for admin, after installing the plugin, and had to go in and reset it.

I never did go back in and remark out the statements.

    So, you are spot on.

    Thanks!
