Some js and css is not working with CDN

Hey Team,

I just love this CDN service.

But there is some issue with it. like some files are working with CDN (JS, CSS)

Basically i am using cache plugin (wp fastet cache) but their files are not coming with CDN.

I have also try to integrate CDN with my cache plugin but still not working

Hi there!

Many thanks for reaching out!

Currently, we do not rewrite URLs from another plugin to the CDN URL. Otherwise, you can set CDN URL on your caching plugin.

It’s NOT not working 🙂 just need a correct settings. Ok, let’s give this a trick, under your caching plugin, set the CDN URL the same as Statically CDN URL e.g https://cdn.statically.io/sites/example.com and for Origin URL the same with your website URL, that is for rewriting functionality by your caching plugin: find Origin URL on HTML and rewrite into CDN URL. Please contact the author for support.

For the question about WebP, please check https://twitter.com/staticallyio/status/1245731494330421248?s=19. We only convert image to WebP when it’s not larger than the original.

Thanks for your response but i have already try to add Origin URL but it says “Not Found”

Your origin URL is your website URL. In your case please enter https://www.technews47.com.

For the Not Found, maybe add slash / in the end? Please try to ask the author of your caching plugin too for how to use Statically CDN URL in their plugin.

I have also try to add “/” but not working. I also talked to their author but they don’t tell me the exact solution they just tell me to change the CDN service.

It works but it break my website.

Please correct your setting and enter:

CDN URL – https://cdn.statically.io/sites/www.technews47.com
Origin URL – https://www.technews47.com

And then try again?

But some performance issue with that after apply these change the load time of my website increased.

For the background image, you already set the URL in CSS. We don’t process CSS at this time, so we can’t rewrite it.

Please check https://www.technews47.com/wp-content/uploads/elementor/css/post-19.css

If possible, you can replace that URL with the CDN URL.

About performance, it might only happen at the first request, should be faster at the next request as the content has been cached on the CDN.

there is some issue with a performance like blocking some elements Than how to fix those issues.

The files seem to have been cached on the CDN, the delivery itself must be fast.

That happens maybe because of the file size. So can you make comparisons with and without CDN on those files and share the results here? If the CDN looks slower, then I have to speed it up.

Sorry for such a late response, a little tied to some other work.

Are you still having this issue? Do you see X-Cache: HIT on the CDN HTTP header?

You can also update the plugin and see if that helps.
