• Hi team,

    Items since about a week ago are missing from the Feed and they are not shown even after I refresh the feed. When we create a copy of the feed and refresh then the items are found.

    I found the troubleshooting article on this topic but still couldn’t figure out why.. Investigation so far:
    – Checked rules / filters; products should be listed
    – We do not use variations and no settings related to that should cause this
    – wp-cron
    – seems disabled per the plugin: https://imgur.com/LLCQmru
    – Checked with hosting company (WPMUDev) that wp-cron works every 5 mins
    – Added define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, false); to wp-config
    – Caching
    – Cleared caches via Hummingbird plugin and Disabled it
    – Cleared caches on Cloudflare
    – Cleared browser cache

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    When you are sure the wp-cron is enabled again than please de-activate and re-activate the plugin too so all cron hooks needed for the automated updating of the feeds are being recreated again.

    Can you try and see if that makes any differenc?

    I have a similar issue with Product Feed Pro not pulling all of my products into the feed. I had 29 products in the feed then 9 of them disappeared. Have tried clearing cache, turning off/on the plugin to no avail.

    The feed was updated when I checked today without de-activating. Not sure though which action I took was the reason for the fix. Will observe for the moment to see if it repeats.
