    Good morning Mark,

I have some incidences/questions that I would like to discuss together in this message.

When I have a selector open and I click on another option, the previous one does not close and they overlap. Is there a way to solve this?

The thumbnails are being generated in the wrong way. I have this configuration:

    https://snipboard.io/u1eSxn.jpg

And in the thumbnail of the basket it shows like this:

    https://snipboard.io/yzfjYW.jpg

The thumbnails are loaded on the fly, because the "Add images to the library" option filled up the server.

We are using a budget request plugin, but when we create a configuration and add it, the data of the selected configuration is not dragged:

    https://snipboard.io/dtLogf.jpg

    The plugin is the following:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/

I don't know where the problem could be.

    Thank you so much

    Hi there,

When I have a selector open and I click on another option, the previous one does not close and they overlap. Is there a way to solve this?

Could you send a screenshot or, better, send a link to the product with that issue? I’m not sure to understand quite what you mean.

The thumbnails are being generated in the wrong way

This looks like the images in the configurator do not have the same resolution. Namely, the breaks picture must be larger than the others.

All images should have the same dimensions.

We are using a budget request plugin, but when we create a configuration and add it, the data of the selected configuration is not dragged

The plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/ isn’t currently supported, though I’m working on adding support for it.

    Hi Marc!

Thank you for answering so quickly.

    I answer you for points:

The subject of the select, I send you screenshots so that you understand it better.

    The selects:

    When we press one:

    And then press other one:

I send you the url separately:

    > The thumbnails are being generated in the wrong way

This looks like the images in the configurator do not have the same resolution. Namely, the breaks picture must be larger than the others.

All images should have the same dimensions.

I discuss it with the client to confirm it.

The plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/ isn’t currently supported, though I’m working on adding support for it.

Okay. I understand that when you implement the improvement it will be updated directly in the plugin and we will not have to do any tweaking. It’s right?

    Thanks and best regards

I see, that’s an issue with the dropdown display in layer groups. I’ll add a fix for that.

That’s right, and I’ve added compatibility in the last release, so you should already be able to use it.

    Good afternoon Marc,

The overlapping problem remains the same, have you managed to give it a solution?

You answered me confirming compatibility with the quote request plugin, but it doesn’t work.

    Te plugin url: https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/

Here is an example when adding a customized product to the cart:

And here when adding to the budget request:

You see that it doesn’t drag any selected settings.

    Thanks in advance.

    Good morning,

Have you had a chance to read the message? I am quite urgent with these two incidents.

    Hi there,

Could you share a link to the product where you have the issue?

    Hi Marc,

Here you go, but it happens with all products:

    Thank you

    Thanks.

that’s an issue with the dropdown display in layer groups. I’ll add a fix for that.

It looks like I had not published the fix yet. I’ve just released a new version of the plugin which should fix this issue.

Regarding Yith quote request, I think it’s not working because you are using a custom product template (unless if it’s because you are using the premium version).

I see that on the page you have a hidden element with the Yith button.

My suggestion would be that instead of adding this button, you use the Add to cart element. As a consequence, the Add to cart form will automatically be inserted, as well as the “SOLICITAR PRESUPUESTO” button, and it should hopefully have all the right elements for it to work properly with the configurator.

    Hello Marc,

The problem with the selectors is already fixed, thank you very much.

As for the budget plugin, I have followed your steps, but it still does not correctly drag the details or the image.

This topic is very delicate for the client, could you tell me about any budget plugin that you have tried or any of your own solutions?

Thank you very much and greetings,

    Ion

Did you revert to the previous template? I can’t see the add to cart form on the product https://metta.bike/carretera/sarin/sarin_spectra_custom/

It’s difficult to say exactly what the issue is because you have personalised the product page, so some of the elements aren’t how they are in the normal WooCommerce template.

All the other Quote plugins also require the Add to cart form to be present on the page.

Maybe could you contact me via the premium support form, so I can get more specific details? https://wc-product-configurator.com/my-account/support

An other user just reported that it didn’t work with the premium version of Yith, so I’ll see if can get that version to see what the issue could be.
