Some improvement suggestions

While working with this really good plugin I thought of some features that would enhance the maintenance even more:

1. Bulk Delete of connections. I thinking of something like the bulk edit for posts.
At the moment it is a pain in the ass if a service is only available at a certain day, and after this day is the service is still available in the service dropdown on the frontend. But if a customer choose it he couldn’t book it because there is no available connection.
2. Automated delete of connections which dates are past
3. On the connection screen it would be helpful if I could filter the connections by service or date (or every other field)

Maybe you could add this in the next release or give me a hint how to implement by my own.
