Some images in teams cannot be viewed

    Hello

    I recently installed Teams and Love the concept. However some people have told me they cannot see some of the team members and I have no idea why. Is there anyway to fix the issue. Thank you

    Hi there,

    Are they delievered using a CDN? Could you try re-uploading a picture that’s not working to see if it solves the issue?

    No CDN

    I tried to re-upload but still the same issues. Are you able to see the photos? It seems some people can and some cannot

    Are you using JetPack to serve the pictures?

    I can’t reproduce the issue locally, that’s strange. Is everything showing properly in the backend?

    Yes its Jetpack and teams. everything is showing in dashboard and on the actual website

    Hi,

    That’s very strange, could you try to temporarily disable JetPack, to see if it works when serving the images from the site directly?

    Not saying this is a solution but I’m trying to understand the issue.
