SOME Forum Topics held “pending” vs being sent

Occaisionally a user will email me to say, “I posted a new Topic but it didn’t seem to go out to all users??” Then I, as ADMIN, will look into the Topics and, There it is awaiting Approval. So I “kick it out” and it goes to all as expected.
It IS possible that when that user TRIED to send his TOPIC, I, as ADMIN, may have been IN the backend doing some work OR even posting a Topic myself.. ??Could there be a conflict if ADMIN is in the backend doing work that could stop other functions from Functioning here?? We DO use BACKGROUND notifications.
And “‘Send Notification’ checkbox is checked “

Hi RJ. Messages held as pending are caused by bbPress or some other moderation plugin. bbpnns only sends out notifications of approved messages.

That said, I think the fact that you were working on a forum would not have anything to do with the user getting moderated.
