Some fixes for Strict Standards

As described in the post from Midlife Riding Redefining already defined constructor for class wpsh_plugin this plugin produces a lot of error messages due to violation of PHP strict standards.

I’ve put the suggested modifications of Midlife Riding into the respective files and uploaded them to Gist for convenience. Now, to get rid of the error messages simply download both files and replace them with the original plugin files.
