Some fields are missing in Recipe type snippet

Hello team,
We have used the plugin called all in one rich snippet plugin for recipe type snippet.
We have tested the plugin, please see the link http://test.ssquares.co.in/2016/08/23/lorem-ipsum-6/
When we see the results in structured data testing tool it shows some fields are missing like author, description, nutrition, recipeIngredient
We have filled all the fields provided by the plugin http://awesomescreenshot.com/00664b4nd0 but there are no such fields for author, description, nutrition, recipeIngredient

Please help us regarding this
