Great plugin, but it has been brought to my attention that not all events submitted by my users are showing on the website.

Particularly, one user has added about 15 events (all using the same method), and they all show in the Dashboard, but only 6 are showing on the frontend of my website. I’m not using any categories to filter events – all future events are set to display.

Any suggestions as to what the fault could be would be much appreciated.

I am using the most up to date version of Events Manager, and have no other events plugins installed.

    Many thanks.

just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

    Hi

    Thanks for the reply.

Have now narrowed my problem down – seems if i search for a word in the Events search box, it only comes back with 6 results, whereas all 15 results are showing in the full events list.

I have deactivated all plugins except Events Manager, and changed to the default theme, and the search results are still limited to 6 results for a certain search term. Other search terms give me more results.

Is there a way of controlling how many search results show up? (this is all using the Events Manager search rather than the global WordPress site search)

    Many thanks.

try under Events > Settings > Pages > Event List/Archives > Default event list options
