    Probably one of 2 resons:

    1/ The email was received but was put into a spam folder.

    2/ The email never got sent as you were over your server limit.

    Filter on Unconfirmed Public Subscribers in Subscribe2->Subscribers and try sending a reminder email to see of that arrives.
