    The plugin works fine and sends the applications to the correct address. However, if we put in a certain email address the application never arrives, not even in spam.

    Are there log files we can check anywhere to see what might be happening?

  • This was due to an issue with the email address being an alias. Check with your hosting provider if you run into similar issues, they may need to treat the alias’ domain as an external email.
