some custom page templates are not validated

    1) I have few theme page templates where even though I set access controls it is not validating. Is there any piece of function I can add so it will validate if user have access or not ?
    2) Any easy way to set expiry date for user group assignment ?
    3) Can ip address restriction at user level than group level ?
