Some custom fields not found when mapping custom post

I have created some custom fields using the wp-types plugin and most of these show up in the drop downs when mapping the fields however there are still some missing.

I can’t seem to figure out why it omits some fields but yet finds others.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
