Some characters are not displayed

    In text slides some characters, such as ‘, ” or &, are not displayed, instead the Unicode is shown. Is there a way to fix this?

    Thank you! The characters are still not displayed in the back-end administration, but they are now correctly rendered in the front-end.

    I didn’t look at the backend. It shouldn’t be a tough fix. There will be a new release soon.

    The plugin is no longer available for download! Message: This plugin has been closed as of February 2, 2024 and is not available for download. This closure is temporary, pending a full review.

    I hope you can unblock the situation quickly because I love this plugin.

    I made a mistake in the last version that was flagged by the WordPress security department. They shut down the plugin but I have submitted a fixed version that I hope will be accepted in the the next few days. I have not abandoned Slideshow SE!
