# Some categories are missing

 * Hi there!
 * The plugin was working well and I don’t know how some categories are missing.
   All the products and categories are present properly.
    I don’t find any errors
   under Berocket dashboard.
 * – Delete filter and create a new one. Nothing.
    – Plugin cache has been flushed.–
   I have deactivated all plugins and changed theme with no luck. – I have disable
   Ajax and enable back on Elementor product archive template.
 * Any ideas?
 * I’d appreciate any help.

 * Please try to set option “Values count and output” to `All non-empty values are
   displayed; standard recounting is applied` and check is it displayed at all.
