Some bugs and improvements I would like to suggest.

    After trying to export some posts with the plugin for a while, I found that it is very easy to use, useful features such as pauseable or background running, and better than many other ones available in this website. Thanks for your good job and kind sharing. However I also found the following issues.

    Bugs
    – File name specified with Thai characters (Unicode) is removed. I did not try other Unicode languages.
    – Selected field names are not saved in templates. I have to select additional fields everytime I reuse template.

    Improvements
    – In my thought, the words ‘Customize Export File’ does not mean anything about processing the export template or about getting the exported file. If you could find the better words, it would be easier to learn to use this plugin.
    – List of saved templates are not initially loaded, I have to select export type firstly and the list will be loaded. Would it be better to load the list with page load.

    For Bugs

    1) we follow WordPress plugin strict guideline. so we escape filename and remove special character that are not allowed in WordPress guideline.

    2) all fields are saved in template. you can update any time. if you face any difficulty with saving template then you can direct mail me at support@vjinfotech.com and i will provide solution as soon as possible

    Improvements

    1) we will definitely improve he words ‘Customize Export File’ feature.

    2) we will add load template feature at then beginning on export page

    we loved to improve our plugin. it’s best way to getting feedback from real user.
