Some bubbles appear at wrong position

    I assume that is caused because of your lines with code:
    When the bubble positions are calculated, the lines with code are not yet formatted. Once the bubbles are loaded, they don’t adjust to the changed heights.

    So what should I do?

    I cannot delete the code because it is a part of the content.

    I’m using SyntaxHighlighter Evolved Plugin.

    have you switched the highlighter plugin? Now everything seems to work fine.
