# Solving issues with theme from themeforest

 * Hello, I am using a theme that I got from themeforest, theme´s name is Metric,
   very nice but I am having some issues with the configuration.
 * The support of this theme is not working, no one answers either in the theme 
   forest site or the theme forum. Where I could I find help with this? maybe in
   this forum? I guess in the end these sort of issues have the same basics, and
   maybe a wordpress expert in general may know the answers, could I be right?

 * I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from
   the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we support, [commercial products](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products)
   here.

 * That´s my problem, the theme developer/vendor is not offering any support for
   some reason.
 * I am looking for a Forum with menbers with a high knowledge of wordpress in general.
   Would you know a forum like that?

 * If the theme’s developers are not responding and you cannot manage this yourself,
   then I can only suggest that you consider [hiring someone](http://jobs.wordpress.net/)
   to look at this instead.
