Support » Plugin: Events Manager » Solution to remove #em-wrapper div from a specific page

  • Resolved oldwest

I am working with a custom WordPress theme, name and WPML is working fantastic, but it is inserting a tag on a specific page:

    <div id=”em-wrapper”></div>

But it is causing a conflict with another script because of it’s location nested in some other tags.

And I CANNOT for the life of me remove it. I’ve tried every jQuery .remove type function that exists. I positioned the jQuery above, below and all positions of the body of the page to no avail.

I tried every possible variation of the jQuery command as well as other commands, but I cannot effect this element no matter what I do.

Is there something that is causing this element to be “sticky” in the page?

    <div class=”page”><div id=”em-wrapper”></div>
    </div><div class=”post-490 page type-page status-publish hentry page”><script type=”text/javascript”>
