Solution to multiple regional sites?

    Hi!

    I want to create a regional website with 2 levels (state and city) with WordPress, but I don´t know the best solution for it.

    I thinking a structure like domain.com/state/city, and a way to organize all cities by state (navigation).

    Any idea?
