  • Hi @wdhppr πŸ™‚

Soliloquy Lite doesn’t need a license key and shouldn’t be asking for the option? The 2.5.3.1 is for the Premium version of the plugin so I’m guess that is why. It sounds like your license has expired and it’s just requesting a new license key.

Once a license has expired, there is a grace period for renewal. Once that grace period passes you would need to purchase a new license.

We are currently offering a 20% discount with the coupon code SAVE20 on all new licenses, if that helps πŸ™‚

Should you purchase a new license, don’t forget to input that code on the checkout page. Just click the Have A Coupon link and enter the code SAVE20 to receive your discount πŸ™‚

If I can help with anything else at all, please don’t hesitate to let me know!

    Thanks

Thank you for the information – Interestingly, the primary site key in the settings screen under the Soliloquy dashboard menu seems intact and does not indicate any expiration and has been updating revisions without issues. Do you continue to support plugin updates beyond expiration?

    Hi πŸ™‚

No, the automatic updates would cease on an expired license. Hmm, you could try clicking Verify again just to make sure that the license is valid.

If you do not have the information for the account holder, I’m afraid once the license expired you would still need to purchase a new license though. Without having the original account used for purchases – there would be no way of knowing what your original license key was.
