    Hello,

The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. And it’s up to website owners to make sure that their website are GDPR compliant to avoid severe penalties of up to 4% of worldwide turnover.

So, it would be of great help to us if you could tell us whether you plugin is GDPR compliant or not. If not, can you tell us which personal data are collected or processed. Personal data is any information relating to an individual. It can be anything from a name, a home address, a photo, an email address, bank details, posts on social networking websites, medical information, or a computer’s IP address.

    Thank you in advance.

    Best regards,
    Nga

  • Hi and thanks for contacting us! 🙂

We are working on this for both Envira and Soliloquy and will be compliant by May 25th.

Our plugin itself does not store any user data at all. Your account you create when you purchase the license will store names (first and last) and email addresses on our site. No other personal details (home address, phone numbers or bank details) are stored on our site or servers.

    Thanks! 🙂
