Solid Support // Okay Plug-in

[I give FunnelKit support 5-stars || but the app itself gets 3.5. I think it’s the best out there when it comes to it’s feature set, but definitely not for everyone]
I’ve only been using FunnelKit for a few months, but so far, the support has been fantastic.
If there’s an issue, they will jump on it and help, usually within the same day.
Pros:
- Great Support
- Intuitive email builder that syncs easily with your products — much easier to get set up than Klaviyo or something similar for transactional emails.
Cons:
- Difficult to set up and learn the functionality (their support docs need updating)
- Consistent bugs
- (However, their support team usually steps in and gets it figured out quick! And to be fair, WordPress varies site to site)
- You need knowledge of caching, cron, meta fields, and beginner dev knowledge to use this effectively.
Divi Problems:
- If you use Divi like me, FunnelKit works, but there are some quirks. Probably better for Elementor.
- The export .json (save layout) feature in divi when building the checkout pages simply doesn’t work. And instead of mentioning certain issues like this in their docs, FunnelKit says it’s fully compatible with Divi — which it’s not. I prefer honesty over marketing!
