 * Solid printing plugin, very clean PDFs and print pages.
 * Haven’t tried the ebook option. I am guessing the Premium version will allow 
   for customization to remove the last few irritating parts.

 * But sorry you also found some irritating parts (obviously the paid version adds
   stuff, but our strategy isn’t to annoy you until you pay! Most likely you r come
   across some bugs or conflicts with other plugins.) I’d suggest you create separate
   support issues for each pain point you find and we can see what we can do about
   fixing them.
