# Solid plugin – even better support

 * This plugin was recently taken over by Skyverge who are working very hard to 
   iron out the kinks. I have had multiple issues when implementing this plugin 
   for clients and every time, Skyverge support has come through in record time 
   solving the issue. In fact, I’ve never experienced this level of support from
   a free plugin.
 * Heads – up: This is a great plugin that automates a lot of complex, manual work.
   It doesn’t always work out of the box but Skyverge will help you resolve any 
   issues.

 * I’m curious, how do you know that Skyverge is taking this over? Do you know when
   they expect to have it operational again? It stopped working many months ago 
   for me and will not work no matter what I try. Thanks!

   so much for the review, we really appreciate the kind words!
 * We’re still working towards getting some ongoing connection issues solved, but
   most of them seem to be behind us now. There was a recent incident that raised
   a lot of questions in the support forums, but that one has been fixed too.
 * The team here at SkyVerge is working hard at getting the plugin to where it needs
   to be to ensure we can automate the complex manual work for everyone 🙂

   [originally took it over early this year](https://www.skyverge.com/blog/tag/facebook-for-woocommerce/),
   and have made some updates to get it modernized and using the most recent Facebook
   tech. There’s been a few hiccups along the way, but most of those should be behind
   us now. If you’re still having issues connecting, please create a support request
   on the forums!
