# Solid plugin, and support that actually digs into technical issues

 * We ran into a tricky bug where the variation price cache kept growing unbounded,
   eventually causing fatal memory errors on category pages with a lot of products
   and variations. I reported it with the technical details, and the support team(
   thanks Owadud and Shahriar) didn’t just brush it off, they followed up and confirmed
   the fix in the new v3 release, which resolved it completely.
 * WholesaleX itself covers everything we needed for running a combined B2B/B2C 
   WooCommerce store: role based visibility, pricing, and tax display all work well
   once configured. Appreciate the responsiveness and the willingness to actually
   look into a non-trivial issue instead of giving a generic answer. Recommended.
