• Hi Zettle team,
    I’m using your PayPal Zettle POS for WooCommerce plugin and have been happy with the integration overall. However, I’ve noticed that the plugin hasn’t been updated for over 9 months, and WordPress is now showing a warning that it hasn’t been tested with the latest version.
    I wanted to ask whether an update is planned, and if the plugin is still being actively maintained. It would be helpful to know whether we can rely on continued support and compatibility going forward.

    Thanks for the feedback, we really appreciate it. The versioning issue will be fixed in the next update, it should be pretty soon.

    To answer your question, yes, we have a major update planned for the PayPal POS for WooCommerce plugin in the second half of the year. This upcoming version will include several frequently requested features and also improvements aligned with recent developments, like multilocation support.

    We’re aware that the plugin has not received updates for some time, but this is temporary. Active development will resume with significant enhancements, and ongoing maintenance will continue beyond that.

    Thanks a lot for the detailed reply, that’s great to hear! We’re really looking forward to the upcoming update. It’s reassuring to know that active development will continue, and we hope the new release arrives soon so we can be fully confident about compatibility going forward.
