• I bought the $99 option. The learning curve is reasonable. With around 2,600 long-form articles, I do need to be careful how I spend the 2,400 credits.

The plugin really shines when working with topical clusters. For structuring content and building internal links at scale, it saves a lot of manual work.

One recurring issue is the semantic anchor text generation, especially in Dutch. The AI often proposes awkward word combinations that need manual editing before publishing. This happens quite frequently. A typical example is an anchor ending with a loose preposition:

AI suggests: “All vegetables are healthy in”
    Expected: “All vegetables are healthy”

Because of this, anchor texts almost always require a human check.

Another limitation is that the system does not appear to learn from manual corrections. Even after consistently editing suggested anchors, the same types of issues keep appearing. Given that the tool is AI-driven, adaptive learning based on user edits would be a valuable improvement.

Overall, LinkBoss is a strong tool for topical clustering and internal linking at scale, with the caveat that Dutch anchor text quality still needs editorial oversight. With smarter anchor refinement and learning from user adjustments, it could become significantly more efficient.
