    WP Touch is the simplest and most intuitive plugin I’ve found for quickly creating a mobile-ready website. However, the plugin doesn’t quite get 5 stars (and honestly I almost gave it 3 – my actual score would be 3.8) because it tends to glitch and will occasionally just stop working for periods of time.
