Here is the link. When I put “Hide” on “show loop”, then it does work on products also

So I see your shop page displays some product categories and not the products itselfs. Is that correct?
Also please tell me – how do you create this shop page? Are you using any page builders for this?

Hi!
Yes I have on shop page, all categories. If the user select one of category, will see the products of it.
I use the “Uncode WPBakery Page Builder ” an my shop page is the follow:

Why I need to resolve this problem with the old Shop page, if no one see it? Because when the user buy a gift card and make accept, goes by auto to the main shop page.
