  • We’ve been using this for almost 2 years. Recently we had a problem but their support simply washed their hands and refused to engage with us. Poor.

    Hi, I’m sorry if you’ve had a poor support experience with us.

    Could you please point me to the thread in question? We do take support seriously, and bear in mind that on here we provide free support, every weekday, but there are limitations as to what we can help with.

    I do see a thread you started on this site regarding a Stripe payment gateway, although that is not us, we didn’t develop it, nor can we provide support for it due to that reason.
