Soft 404s – XML problems – Permalinks

Hi I have a problem. After I made my website links like /%postname%/ I got a problem that I`m getting XML errors in wp-trackback.php: http://www.victoryinvestors.com/wp-trackback.php?p=1045

Google webmaster tools identify erros as Soft 404s.

Can anyone help to solve this problem?
