    we are using the plugin for one year now – all without ANY problems – thank you very much!

    Since yesterday evening we’re facing the following problem.

    Customer makes payment with SOFORT.
    Normally, in Woocommerce the charge ID (i don’t know what it is exactly called) appears.
    Like it normally does with PayPal and other payment methods.

    But now this isn’t the case anymore.

    See this screenshot to understan what i mean:

    The ID is still to be seen on the right side. But the problem is, because it doesn’t appear on the top, it is not transferred to our merchandise planning system (JTL WAWI).

    So our software recognizes the payment and the order can be shipped, but the software doesn’t get the charge ID / code.

    This is a big problem, because on the end of the month, when we do the accounting / the tax, normally the payment gets automatically identified with the ID and is matched with the order.

    Now, we would have to search for EVERY ORDER and every ID by hand and put it in our software.

    I hope you know what i mean.

    Also, this problem occured with three payments now in one day, but the forth payment which was made worked out as normal.

    Hey @nickfarelli !

    That is very odd indeed! To confirm, does this only happen with SOFORT payments – do you have other orders via the Stripe payment gateway which show the Charge ID correctly?

    (You’re right, that is called the Charge ID)

    I’ve taken a quick peek at the code and I don’t see any changes to the SOFORT area recently – you mentioned this started happening recently, could this be timed with a recent WooCommerce update?

    honestly i don’t know when the last WooCoommerce Update was, but is is possible.

    I am very sure that before the problem didn’t exist, i would have seen it.

    Over this weekend for most payments with SOFORT everything went well, but then the last one had the mentioned problem again.

    Yes, this only happens with SOFORT (until now). We also take payments with Stripe for credit cards also, and for CCs the charge ID is always displayed correctly until now.

    I submitted a ticket now.
