Hello.
Reconnect your account in the plugin settings.
Doesn’t work here either… broken. Using Elementor. No error messages in the console unfortunately.
The plugin is causing the homepage of reepsouthern.co.uk to crash (the homepage uses the plugin shortcode [jr_instagram id=”2″]) disabling the plugin fixes the problem. WordPress is up to date (v5.51) running on PHP v7.3.22
the only errors in the server logs are
2020-09-29 11:03:27 Warning xxx.xxx.x.xxx mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 45 seconds Apache error
2020-09-29 11:03:27 Error xxx.xxx.x.xxx Premature end of script headers: index.php Apache error
Had the same, it broke the whole layout. Choose another plugin unfortunately.
Hello, @philipbutlerfreelance
This is a script runtime error. There can be many reasons. The plugin makes requests to the Instagram API, and it may be that the API was not available at that time, so you saw an error exceeding the execution time.
Hi @webtemyk ,
thanks for the reply, that would explain a one-off occurrence but the website homepage has been affected by this continuously for the past 6 days.
Same here. Always shows
“No images found!
Try some other hashtag or username”
I already reconnect my account but doesn’t work
Same error and it just happened this morning.
Same problem today with 2 customer websites. It worked fine until yesterday.
Edit 1 hour later: Works again now… Is it possible that the error is caused on Instagram’s side?

We noticed problems with the Instagram API. The plugin is fine.
Here is a link to the API error message. This is observed in everyone

yes, mine has started working again.
Just enabled the plugin and it still causes an internal server error on the home page.
If it’s the API that’s causing the problem is there any way the plugin can be updated so that it detects an error with the API and fails safe rather than causing the page to crash?
