Does it happen on every page or just on your homepage?
On all pages in the desktop version. For mobile, Android works fine.

Well, I want to you use the free version. If I have to go for a paid version in order to get the problem fixed, then I will rather go for another free plugin which does not have this error. And the issue is a common one – so other users will also be affected. Why don’t you change your plugin so that it runs smoothly with many themes?
I have to say that it is not ok to use me as a beta user for your plugin for free and then you say: Oh, that’s a premium feature. I wasted a lot of time writing you and the least you can do is help people in return who make you aware of your bugs!
You still seem to assume that the issue is in our plugin (in which case you’re right, we would fix it). However the issue seems to be in your theme. Have you contacted the theme creator yet?
