Social share buttons only on homepage

    Dear,
    I want to get the social share buttons on the posts/articles and only on the homepage, not all the pages.I have a static homepage(not the posts page).
    But, I could make it out. Either the buttons are available for all pages(if I enable button for pages) and otherwise not for any page(including homepage).
    Please help, otherwise it is looking very ridiculous seeing share buttons at the “contact” page.

    Also, the share button does not share the post/article/page properly. Surprisingly, it comes with the “Share 1 Share0 Share)”i.e. share counts after the title of the page/article.
    Please help!
