Social-share buttons for Meow Gallery and Meow Lightbox?

    Hi, is it possible to have social-share buttons (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, email, RSS) on Meow Gallery images?

    I also use Meow Lightbox, and ideally, the share buttons would enable the viewer to quickly and easily share an image from Meow Lightbox/Meow Gallery on their social feeds; those who click on the shared image should be directed back to the Meow Lightbox page for the Meow Gallery image.

    I was hoping it could be done with CSS, but a coder I know suggests it might be necessary to either use a hook or do some deep code modification, which makes me nervous.

    I welcome any feedback … is a social-sharing feature available on Meow Gallery or Lightbox? If not, what would be the best way to create them?

    Hello,

    Did you send us a message directly? We had the same question a few days ago, and maybe you are the same person 🙂

    It’s not available yet; in fact, originally, we don’t believe that people are sharing posts or images so much anymore from these kinds of links. And since it requires quite a bunch of code, we thought it would be better just to do everything without it.

    How would you see this feature implemented? Visually-speaking 🙂
