social plugin allowing different identities for each WP user

Hi all

I’m probably being really dumb and overlooking something simple, but I’m having a nightmare trying to find a social following plugin that will allow each of my users of our WordPress implementation to have their own unique social identities displayed.

Essentially what we want is for each team member (individual authors that contribute articles) of our site to have social follow buttons underneath their names/profile pics at the top of their articles. The social buttons should be unique to their personal identities on Twitter, Facebook, etc, rather than the generic team identity / contact.

Is this something easy I am overlooking, or is there a specific plugin that might offer this? Everywhere I look I just seem to find plugins that have one associated account, meaning wherever buttons are displayed in the site they always link to the team social media accounts.

Any help would be massively appreciated!
