I just noticed yesterday that our social media icons are missing from the top black bar and the footer area when viewing the site logged out on a desktop. But they are there when viewed on a phone. We have changed nothing except for updating Worpress to the latest version automatically whenever one comes out.

    Thanks!
    David

Woops, sorry. Again, they used to be there, on the top and bottom. They do show on the desktop view when I’m logged in and go to Appearance > Customize, but when I log out they are gone. http://www.cpl.org

I see them when I go to your site. What browser and device are you viewing them on.

It’s official, I’m an idiot… Well, not completely, but I feel like one now. I do my editing in Firefox and Chrome and recently started using Epic for viewing my sites. Apparently that’s the only browser they aren’t working in. I just logged out of my site in Chrome and Firefox, I fired up IE for the first time in ages. There they are. Everything else looks and functions fine in Epic. I wonder why the social media icons are the only thing not working properly in Epic? Just curious, but not overly concerned, as it’s not a heavily used browser. But thanks for the nudge. And what’ the first thing I ask our customers, “What browser are you using?” Doh!

I forgot to mark this problem resolved.
