Social Login buttons not working with Shoptimizer Theme

Hi Team,

Thanks for the wonderful plugin.

I have the Shoptimizer theme installed and trying to set up Social Login on /my-account/ page.

I am trying to insert PHP code using Code Snippet Plugin but nothing is working. Can you please help?

Hi @pravinlpatel

Do you have any enabled providers? See: https://imgur.com/nYN6nKR
The buttons won’t show up if there’s no provider configured that could be used to log in.
If you put any other text next to the login button’s PHP code:
https://nextendweb.com/nextend-social-login-docs/theme-developer/
does that show up?

A sidenote:
Are you using WooCommerce to create the /my-account page? The Pro Addon supports WooCommece:
https://nextendweb.com/nextend-social-login-docs/global-settings-woocommerce/
so the login buttons can appear there without having to code.

Hi Ramona,

FB and G are already configured as providers and everything is working great from an Authentication perspective.

I tried to insert a shortcode to /my-account/ page and it is showing like -> https://imgur.com/a/pdweY4v and this looks good to me.

Now here is another problem,

at /checkout/ page, I am unable to show the same social buttons when I click to button – ‘Returning customer? Click here to login’ -> https://imgur.com/a/baC0wDy

PS: Don’t forgot to remove [] from URL

Placing the login buttons to the checkout page is another Pro Addon feature. For this reason we’re unable to provide support for making it work without the Pro Addon.
