Social Links – Open in New Tab

Hello all,

I have looked for the solution of my problem and cannot seem to find an approriate answer throughout the support section of this theme. My site, thottiepippen.com, has the social media widgets on the right rail above the fold. I have only my twitter and facebook icons currently on there, which is what I want, but I want those icons to open up in a new tab when I click on them. Does anybody know how to do so?
