Social links broken in 3.3.16

    Hi,

    I just upgraded from version 2.5.X to the newest version and noticed that the social links were broken. The problem is in class-sassy-share-sharing-networks.php where:

    u=%post_url%

    in the old version was changed to:

    u=%encoded_post_url%

    The problem is that the # character is encoded as well. Reverting to %post_url% fixes the issues, not sure if that is safe, however.
