Social Icons on Navigational Menu

    Dear Experts,

    I’m trying to add Social Icons in the navigation menu on my site, but I don’t know where to start. I see some plugins that promise to add social icons to the menu are, but I’m hoping to add them in the menu (where “News” “Community” “About” “Subscribe” links are located) aligned to far right.

    Does anyone have an advise?
