Hi, I just installed the plugin and it works great, but the images for the social icons are missing. Any idea how to fix this? See it here: http://1morethan2.com/choosing-the-perfect-light-fixture/
Are you using the built in social icons or custom ones?
I’m not sure why buy the image href is being appended with ?resize=600%2C9999 which is not being recognized. If I hit the image from a web browser I get a “Sorry, the parameters you provided were not valid” error but if I remove the ?resize=600%2C9999 it displays just fine.
I am using the built in icons. Here is a screen shot of the settings panel: http://1morethan2.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/settings-png.png
Hmmm what is odd is I don’t do anything differently to display the icons in the admin panel than I do in the front end. It looks like that either another plugin or a theme function is changing all your image links in the front end. Something is adding ?resize=600%2C9999 to all your image href. For example this works:
Does not… Likely because it’s not in the uploads (media) folder. Do you know what is adding that resize tag to your images?
I suspect is has something to do with the theme I used as a base. I’ll see if their support can confirm.
It was Jetpack that was causing the rewrite. I diasbled Photon (Give your site a boost by loading images in post and posts’ featured images from the WordPress.com content delivery network. We cache your images and serve them from our super-fast network, reducing the burden on your web host with the click of a button.) and the icons now show. Any ideas how to use both concurrently?
I do not. I’ll take a look into the plugin and see what I can find out.
