I have the same problem. The icons are missing.
I really would like to add those to the top because my other social plugin is slowing down the webpage.
You should upload icons folder from Shell Lite theme folder in your child theme folder.

Is it possible to explain it a bit further?
I don’t know where to find the icons folder…
And where to put it in. I uploaded the images by ftp in the images folder but still no images on the website

You have icons folder in Shell Lite theme folder. What you have to do is to upload this icons folder in your “shell-child-theme” folder and you should have social icons working.

Meanwhile i managed to upload the icons folder in my child theme folder. Unfortunatly without any succes…
