Social icons in menu/nav bar

Hi —

Anybody have an easy means by which to get Facebook and/or Twitter icons into the nav bar? I’ve had some success getting a logo into the nav bar so don’t think I’m that far off but could use some help if anybody has any ideas. Thanks!
