You need to enter the address/URL of your social media profile for each icon, otherwise there is nothing to render on the front-end.
For each icon, click the icon and in the text box enter the URL and click the Apply button.
The Social Icons block is not a social media sharing function, it is for you to add links directly to your own social media profiles/pages.

If you’re looking to automatically add sharing buttons for visitors to share posts on their own social-media accounts, then you’d need a plugin for that.
